How can I get my username and password for the website?
Click on 'Forgot Password?' under the username and password section, enter your email address when prompted and you will be emailed your login details.

How do I pay my membership renewal online?
Click on "My membership" then under your profile, click on Account Reminder and follow the prompts to pay your fees securely online.

CPD Logsheet - how can I update and maintain this?
Click on "My membership", click on your profile then the tab activities, CPD Log, enter each event separately.

In what section can I update my address and work details?
Click on "My membership" click on your profile then the 'edit 'tab make the necessary changes then save.

If I was transferring to another State how can I meet other College members in my new State?
Send an email to membership@achsm.org.au - we will let your new State know that you are transferring from your old state and they will be in contact to welcome you.

What is the criteria for Fellowship?
Go to the section on the web page 'Fellowship' and you will find all the information under the tab 'Eligibility' .

How can I apply for Fellowship?
Go to the section on the web page Fellowship and all the information and procedures you will be required to follow to submit an application are under the tab 'Apply''.
